2 SD's from mean is 6.0
2.5 SD's from the mean is 7.5
Mean is 20, so 2.5 SD's from the mean is:
20 +/- 7.5
20- 7.5 = 12.50
20+ 7.5 = 27.50
The question asks for the value that is outside of this range of 12.50 to 27.50
