Low Verbal score in practice - Pls Help

Hi,

I have been preping for 2 months, My verbal score keeps going down. At one point I got 39 , then 34, 30 and now 22. And 22 was on gmat prep-2 when I gave full exam including essays. I ran out of time on 27 question on verbal and after that everything was blind guesses. I am little concerned. Any help on my timing issue is really appreciated. On exam I am unable to decide when I should hang around on one particular question and when I should move on.

Any tips in this regards will help.
