this may sound really stupid, but is this a GMAT question. I essentially dont even understand the question to try and solve this.

Can you explain the questions.

No this is not a GMAT question .. my guess is "spud" is just spamming ( I could be wrong ) .. will lock/delete the thread if he does not answer and clear things up by tomorrow ..
