I am going with A) 17

Natural numbers start with 1 and there are 17 numbers(1-17) that are less than or equal to the square of 289 which is 17

Whats the OA?

Given that [n1/2] = 17, it is necessary that 17 < n1/2 < 18.
Squaring throughout, 289 < n < 324.
Clearly there are 35 values of n (natural numbers from 289 to 323) that satisfy [n1/2] = 17.
