OA "D"
ask this question, what can reach up to 200 miles, not wave but the speed of the wave.
2nd filter to apply is: use of "are" vs "is"
Subject of the sentence is Tsunami, which is singular
with these 2 filters you can narrow down to "D"

Once you know that verb must be singular, Only D offers parallelism
