also two modifiers back to back awkward

A: these testmakers have eliminate A for the use of " they" i guess

C: i will not choose C Because of a reason given by Ron ( manhattan)

sentence , therefore (sentence)... wrong
sentence ; therefore ( sentence ) right
but i guess
we have to choose lesser evil that is C (also uses present tense : subject)

I agree with Ronnie.

C is the lesser among evils.
Doesnt make me comfortable.

This sentence can be simplified as follows:

Though the law requires..... , <ignore till next comma> it will have no effect..., almost.. gas powered and therefore not subject to... diesel powered vehicles.

Statements where and is used as conjunction both sides of and should be similar, i.e. in this specific ex you cannt say sport vehicles ... and subject to...it must be using some pronoun to match the noun sport vehicles...they..

SO E is good.
