A is wrong for two reason :

1. In a leveraged buyout, investors borrow huge sums of money to buy companies
We need plural possessive and not singular possessive -- so Company's earning is wrong. This problem is rectified in B,C and E.

2. "by using X" is wordy and bad construction as compared to "With X"
