Ans is A......

statement (1) gives u the Avg of n/3 tall people = 6 feet 5/2 inches. then it gives the rest (2n/3) people = 5 feet 10 inches.. so the total Avg is sum of n/3 + 2n/3 .....hence it is sufficient.

statement (2) gives u only sum of heights , not about n....---insufficient.
