t1 = 23, tn = t(n-1) -3, so:
t2 = 23 -3
t3 = t2 -3 = 20-3 = 23 - (3*2)
.....
tn = 23 - (n-1)*3
tn = -4 = 23 -(n-1)*3, then (n-1)*3 = 23+4 = 27
n-1 = 9 or n = 10
