To find: x/4?

Statement 1:
p = 13, 21, 29, 37, 45
13 = 2^2 + 3^2
21 = Not possible
29 = 2^2 + 5^2
37 = 6^2 + 1^2
45 = 6^2 + 3^2
For all the cases x is not divisible by 4
SUFFICIENT

Statement 2:
x - y = 3
we can have any combinational value of x & y to reach result as 3
