Although the answer is correct but explanation is flawed.

Stm1. the x-intercept of line K is 2 means it passes through (2,0)
Stm2. the y-intercept of line K is 3 means it passes through (0,3)

Slope of a line = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)= -3/2 in this case.

X/a+Y/b =1
X/2+ Y/3 = 1
3x+2y=6

slope -a/b

-3/2.
