B. "that" is problematic as it doesn't have a clear antecedant.Still, I have a doubt is "From when correct"?
C."had" is wrong as no comparison between two past activities.
D. IT might point to "growth" or "economy"
E. IT might point to "growth" or "economy"
Am I missing anything?
