If your thinking about this strategically, you take the option where you can kick ass and take names. Both organisations are brand names, and both programs sound impressive.
You should pick the job where you can have the greatest impact, and will enjoy the most. Like most people advise, do what you're passionate about.
However, as aforementioned, if you're picking purely based on it being a strategic decision, go with Boeing. Easier to advance in 'industry' jobs, plus the good hours means you can build some interesting social activities outside of work.
