Just to the GMAT and scored lower than i expected. Practice test all showed a score in the mid to upper 500s with the highest being Kaplan's free test, which was a 570. I dont have my eyes set on a mid 600 since the University of Utah Professional MBA program avg is in the mid 500s. I feel if i can get a score close to 600 I would be fine.

Anyways. I took the test and scored a 510. The scaled score was Q28 and V32.

Anyone familiar with the University of Utah's professional MBA program? I would love to know if there still is a chance of getting in with that score. My cumulative gpa is a 3.2, last 2 yrs of school is around a 3.4 or 3.5 i believe.

Obviously, the math is what really killed my score. I figure I will have to retake. Any tips on best places for Quant study?

Just thought I would check back in.

I took te GMAT again today and scores a 580 V33 Q36. I am satisfied with this score ad it's a 60 point increase from my previous score. Still wish I would have reached the 50 percentile for Q but a 42% is better than the previous score.

Anyways I took Dec off and studied for the month of Jan. I only studied a little in Feb since I was in the middle of moving into a new house. I would like to use this opportunity to promote Grockit GMAT prep. I used them to prep for my 2nd exam. I really liked the way it was set up. It was nice I work on specific section and have medals showing how well I did. The videos were good. Overall I really liked it and didn't get board using it each day. Thanks Grockit for a quality product.
