Started out a week ago

by Leo2008 » Thu Feb 28, 2008 12:04 pm
Just started on my GMAT preparation a week ago and almost finished with my quant preparation. I scored pretty well on my diagnostic exam, can anyone tell me how many questions do you have to get right to get Q49 or how many questions can you get wrong and still get a Q49.

And same question for the verbal section.

Next three weeks will be my attack on verbal so questions on verbal still to come.

Thanks

Unfortunately there isn't a specific 'hit rate' you can rely upon to predict your GMAT score in either section. The GMAT scoring algorithm is somewhat of a black box due to it's adaptive nature.

The best way to predict what your GMAT score will be is to take practice tests and see your results. GMATPrep is the most accurate indicator.

Good luck!
