burning out

burning out

i have been studying for almost 3 and half months 6 hrs a day
i am still far from my target score and not even through my class matrerial yet
i am feeling overwhelmed and anxious
i really want a good score and determined not to stop now
any suggestions

Maybe you are studying too much. Also, try to change it up a bit. Do DS one day, verbal SC another, then maybe PS another, then CR, etc.

Do not stay away from the things you like to do. It is good to get away from the GMAT and then come back to it again.

I took the GMAT on the 18th of July and scored 640. Have scored about 640 to 670 on my practice tests. Now, I decided to take it a little more easy and change up my subject focus, and for the first time scored 720 on a practice test. Hope that I can keep this up, and good luck to you.
