target 700+ but stuck at 600

I have appeared for GMAT twice and got a score to 600 each time. the breakup is Q-47, V-27. I want to appear to GMAT again as my target score is 700+. In my assessment verbal seems to be the real drawback. I am planning to give my GMAT by december 2010.

In the verbal section I just am too stressed and weary. Once I see RC coming in it just takes too much time in the test and then the performance seems to go down for SC and CR as well.

Need advice on how to plan my studies to enhance my verbal score. If I am in the band of 35+ in verbal I hope to reach my target score. I have 2 full month in hand as am planning to be on leave from work.
thanks
