Hi experts,
My test is on 5th March 2009. Till now I had done OG once but its almost a month ago that I had completed OG. I am almost done with verbal supplement of OG(purple book). Quant supplement (green book) PS is remaining. Haven't also yet done anything on AWA. Right now my main weakness is RC and SC at times. So what you suggest? I am solving 3 -5 passages from 1000RC and 20 Questions on CR and sometimes 10 1000 SC questions daily. However I find it hard for doing SC without explanations. Is 1000 SC worth going for? Should I be concentrating on revising OG questions with explanations instead. I had gone through Manhattan SC guide 1.5 montsh back and have not touched it after that.
Please give me some advice. I consistently score 44Q on GMAT prep. Gave 2 manhattan tests with 44Q and 33V(630 in MGMAT 2) and 590 in (MGMAT3 Verbal was low here). Do you suggest solving all other MGMAT tests or GMAT prep tests. What's the best strategy to improve on verbal? Also I have to push up my quant scores till 50Q.
My current score range is between 580-650. Need to improve to get close to 700/700+. Please advice.
Many Thanks in advance,
Poonam

If I were u I would go through the Manhattan SC and rework OG and make sure I understand the explanations in and out.

Be able to distinguish why the worng answers choices are indeed wrong.

Definitely GMAT PREP(reinstall and take it atleast 6-8 times till u exhaust the question pool). Then if u have time come back to Manhattan tests

Just my 2 cents.

Regards,
Cramya

Manhattan GMAT Sentence correction guide is the ultimate bible for SC!!! But if you dont have enough time, i suggest you to go to a library and read through them and take short notes/make flash cards.. It'll def. help you..

Also take as many CATs as possible, dont take it everyday, but when you take it, review all the answers and understand each explanation even for the ones you got right!!!!! Kaplan gives you one free CAT on their website, just register..

This website has some links for all the free online CATs!!! https://gmat-toefl.blocked/2008/10/ ... urces.html

Good luck, and hope to see your debrief on "I just beat the GMAT" !!!!
