Official GMAT iPhone app is officially available!

Hey everyone,

I know there's been buzz but I haven't seen the official word posted here just yet. It looks like the official GMAT iPhone app is now available for download as of last night. In the App Store for me it's listed as "The Official Guide For GMAT Review" under the producer name gWhiz, LLC.

Thanks for the info. Thats awesome. I read about it on Poets and Quants some days back. But I already have an OG12, Whats the additional options present on the app. Any ideas.

Good question, Siva - if you check out the video linked here you'll see some of the additional features:

Some of the highlights:

-You can track your progress compared to other users and see stats on question difficulty
-There's a built-in pacer so that you can track your time-per-question
-It links in pretty nicely with some other GMAT resources like the Official GMAT blog and the GMAT registration homepage (so that you can track seat availability, etc.)

But like you said, the questions are the same as in OG12, so be careful...if you've done all those questions you'll be paying for duplicate information.

:( I can't get it. I am using iTouch 3G, and the app is available for the users having iOS4 and above which is not available for my edition.
