What does it mean if i got v.30 in the verbal section?
is that the percentile? I answered 11 questions incorrect. thanks!

30 represents your raw score. If you go to the GMAT Wiki, I think there is a resource listed there (a table) that helps you convert your raw score into a rough percentile.
