I've been studying for my GMAT for a little under 2 months now w/ manhattan gmat classes, and I have my test date schedule in a month. I am concerned because although I feel I have gained a ton of new knowledge, insight, tricks, my practice test doesnt seem to reflect that. I'm aiming for a 700, but so far, my results seem so far away:
MGMAT CAT 1: 600 (first cat test, only after flipping through a few chapters of a kaplan quant book)
MGMAT CAT 2: 640 (about half way through my manhattan gmat course)
MGMAT Cat 3: 620 (taken 2 days ago, with only 1 month left!)
I don't know if it's realistic to expect a score in the 700s- in particular, my quant scores arent anywhere near where they need to be. I am scoring in the low 60%ile range. In fact, I haven't really studied for verbal because I know my quant is my real weakness.
I am noticing that I have to guess on all of the geometry questions (there were 5 on my last test and i missed even the simplest one on a circumference of a circle!) I haven't studied the geometry part of the MGMAT course yet so I'm hoping once I master the geometry part I'll do better.
I don't want to have unreasonable expectations, but I wanted to get others' opinions. I am working full time and can dedicate roughly 20hrs/wk until my test date.
