Hi,
As in subject ; I did my GMAT and got a 700 (90th percentile) overall with 97th percentile in Verbal but only 63rd Percentile in Quantitative. My work ex is fairly decent ,i believe, having had experience managing a team of 10 , running my own P&L at a multinational bank, running my own professional consultancy firm with a partner. I've also obtained my CAIA and recently cleared CFA level 1.
My university results are not that great having just missed a 2-1 (UK Bachelors degree) and ended up with a 2-2.
Given this brief picture could some one tell me whether it is best for me to re-take the GMATs to get the score (quant) up prior to applying to some of the decent B-schools or would I stand a chance as things are? Further is there any consideration given by the schools if an applicant has /continues to represent his country at sport especially in light of the time required to commit to this while studying/working?
Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated.
Cheers,
Manoj
