I'm interested in earning an MBA at the Columbia Business School and I'm looking to apply for early admission in 2013.
Summary:
GMAT 720
GPA 3.7
work expierence 3.5 years
2 x 6 month internships
I wanted to tell you a little about myself and my accomplishments to see what my chances are of being accepted.
I am an undergraduate student of Economics and Engineering at the University of Economics and Technics in Berlin, Germany with a concentration in Finance. My current GPA is 3.7. I will graduate with a Bachelor of Sciences at the end of November 2013. As a part of my studies I interned in Automotive Consulting for 6 Months and also in Auditing at the Big 4 for 6 Months.
Based on my high Performance, I was able to attend the University of Economics and Technics in Berlin. I was able to shorten my studies by a semester, which I used to study abroad. I was able to explore my passion for Economics and Finance at the University of California, Santa Barbara (USA). I also studied at the University of California, San Diego where I focused more on Business Management Classes.
Before starting my studies, I gained valuable working experience with Daimler AG, Mercedes Benz. During this time, I worked as a mechatronics engineer for automation engineering. This allowed me to develop a high level of analytical thinking and become a resourceful problem solver. I engineered in the Department for 3.5 Years.
Thanks for your help and I really appreciate it.
