Hello,

My personality type is that of an Introvert and recently I took a career test at www.careerleader.com and the result of the test showed that my top career match is Human Resources Management. This match come from my interest in counseling people with different kinds of problems. I was surprised to discover that I am a good match for a career in HR Management even though I do not feel very comfortable talking to people often. What are the best HR Management careers for Introverts?

Thank You.

Dear GMATFanatic77,

There are many successful HR professionals who happen to be introverts. Careerleader should provide you with more information on possible careers including job titles and descriptions. If your interest revolves around working with people, then you would be looking at HR functions such as staffing, employee relations, employee programs, and possibly benefits. Being an introvert should not dictate your career; your interests and motivations are what dictate your career. I would encourage you to spend some more time in the Careerleader assessment exploring career options and descriptions.

Regards,
Lisa

I want to thank you Lisa for taking your time to reply to my question. I do not believe that careerleader.com has sufficient information about availability of different careers under Human Resources Management that are of interest to Introverts.

Best Regards,
