Hi beesy,

While there's some debate about the usefulness of LSAT material while studying for the GMAT, and some people have increased their scores by using it, I don't recommend using said material. LSAT RC passages are longer, usually come with more questions (including question types and wrong answers that do NOT appear on the GMAT) and are pencil-and-paper. None of these attributes is a match for what you'll see on the GMAT. There is plenty of realistic, Test-Like GMAT practice material to be had, so I'd advise sticking to GMAT specific material.

I agree -- there's no need to really delve into the LSAT material. There's a TON of GMAT RC passages out there. If you've exhausted the OG, there's plenty of questions and passages right here on BTG to keep you busy.

With RC, the emphasis is ALL strategy, since there's no content to memorize. Make sure you're breaking down the passages and using your scratch paper effectively, then rephrasing the question-stems and writing down predictions before you use process of elimination on the answer choices. It will make a HUGE difference the more methodical you can be!
