Hello nandish,

A rule for triangle states that the sum of any two sides must be greater than the length of the 3rd side.

Hence, if the sum of 2 sides is 7 (5 +2), then the length of the 3rd side must be either 6 or 5 or 4. You cannot include 3 because then you'll have a triangle with sides of 2, 3, 5 and 2 + 3 is not greater than 5.

Assume then that the 3rd side is: -
6 => 6 + 5 + 2 = 13 (Perimeter)
5 => 5 + 5 + 2 = 12 (Perimeter)
4 => 4 + 5 + 2 = 11 (Perimeter)

Which is not equal to any of the answer choices. Therefore, the answer to the question is None (option 1).
