I just went through mba.com and couldnt find the answer to this. Do they provide you with earplugs or can you bring your own? I know it is a rather obscure question but I have been practicing with earplugs and given the level of construction that is happening in lower manhattan I would like to avoid any extraneous noise during my test.

Hi
I have not seen people wearing earplugs but I have seen people using the headphones that are attached to the computer...good question...
I would call Pearson and ask

In my case, Pearson provided the earplugs. Some cubes had headphones
as well.

Good luck with your test !

Thanks Jay and Isis. Ive got some big butterflies in my stomach for this one. Its so weird. I know I have some holes in my quant, but I should be ok, and in Verbal it all about the SC-Ive spent the past 10 days focusing heavily on the SC and Ive been money in my practice since then so im keeping hoep alive.

I left a message at Pearson Vue about the earplugs, there was no option to speak to a live person.

Bring earplugs with you just in case they're out but they should provide you with earplugs. The headphones that some people reported seeing are for tests that have audio components - Pearson administers all kinds of tests, not just the GMAT.
