"them" is wrong

idiom is "prohibit X from doing Y"

no idiom is here so we must chosee C,

I don't see anything wrong with B other than "them"
"them" -> incorrect pronoun
Prohibit - expresses Command Subjunctive mood.

if the ans choice is as follows, then it is correct, isn't it?

" prohibiting one/him/her from the disclosing of its water purification methods to any company "

please correct me if i am wrong.
