HI ,
for me its coming out to be A,
X>2Y
take statemnet 1 x<2+y
x>2y and x,2+y will hold true for values of y>0 between 0 and 2
and all negative values as well so the maximum positive value of the expression will always be less than 18


for 2nd statement y<x+2
if we combine x>2y and y<x+2
take example x =90 y<92 , y can be anything less than 45
and the expression 3x+2y will be >18
take the value of x as 3 , y has to be less than 5
so y can be 1 as well , in that case 3x+2y is not <18 hence not sufficient
