You have to identify the tenses here and use correct idioms.

Firstly, correct idiom is 'expect <subject> to <some verb>' and '<subject> expect that....'
so D and E can be eliminated. We are left with A, B and C.

Secondly, the sentences with A and B doesn't completely. C ends with ''in setting dividends' which is the appropriate action required to end the sentence.

I understand from ur reply that expect <subject> to <verb> is used to express future action. Will you pls be more clear on usage of expect that..?
