kaplan gmat book- urgent

Hi,
It is been really frustrating day for me.
I have been using kaplan gmat premier from the library. I have to use cd rom to take tests but the cd keeps asking me to install MSI driver. I have tried everything, even called kaplan. NO LUCK AT all. There is code at the back of the book to register it online, unfortunatelly the code's already been used. However the librarian told me that I still could use the the same code because its the library book, and could able to use the cd-rom too. I have windows 7 home based laptop, hp. how can I access to the cd rom to do my practice tests? Could anyone help me asap please

Dana,

I solved the problem and posted it under the link you provided. May be it help to the upcoming students who may encounter the same problem. BTW, I can check the kaplan book out from the public library since anyone can access into the cd- rom.
