Official Guide - Divide by topics

So, I am trying to study chapters by topics ( decimals fractions, number systems etc ). I need to practice only examples of these topics. Is there a spreadsheet that tell me that in OG12, number 1, 3, 34, 67 etc is decimals and fractions or number 2, 5, 8 etc is from number systems ?
