stem1. (8w+4x+2y+z)/16=11/16
so, (8w+4x+2y+z)=11 which can be possible when w,y,z each are 1 and x=0 so, Suff
Similarly,
stem2. (27w+9x+3y+z)=31,which can be possible when w,y,z each are 1 and x=0 so, Suff
