I believe the answer is B

Stmt 1 : The lowest possible integer is 1. and x = .0625 .
The integer could also be 8. In which case x = .5
Hence insuff

Stmt 2: The lowest possible integer is 1. and x = 1/8 = .125.
Another example could be 4 , x = .5 . Suff
