'reveal not only' is correct
The idiom is: Not only X but also Y.
where X and Y should be parallel. Hope that helps

In this question, the correct usage will be
......reveeal NOT ONLY the chemical elements in the explosion BUT ALSO the speed........

The below usage would also be correct, just to clarify.
not only reveal............. but also calculate........

in order preserve parallelism reveal must be before the not only... but also constraction . so C,D out.
reveals must be singular because for the compos ion of changes. eliminate A and B.
only E remains and it preserve parallelism.
