24. If the area of triangular region RST is 25, what is the perimeter of RST?
(1) The length of one side of RST is .
(2) RST is a right isosceles triangle

the 1st statement would be insufficient, irrespective of what the figure is.

The second statement is sufficient bcoz, since it is a right angled isosceles triangle, the base and height will be the same. So 1/2(B x H) = 25.
Bx H = 50

So Base and Height are each 5(sq.rt 2)

Since hypotenuse of isoseles right angled triangle is side x (sq.rt 2)
Hypotenuse is 10

So perimeter is 10(sq.rt 2) + 10
