St 1 says LCM of x/y and 1/3 is 6
Hence y could either be 2 or 6---INSUFF
(x/2 & 1/3; x/6 & 1/3 both have LCM as 6)

St 2 desnt give any info about y ----INSUFF

Combining both sts we still get two values for y 2 & 6

Hence the answer is E
