Hi

Assume that the 1st pump fills xltres/hr.
then the 2nd pump will fill at 1.5lit/hr.

In 4 hrs they will 10x lit.
If only the 2nd pump works it will take a time of 10x/1.5x =20/3.
Is tat the OA ?
