K's units digit can be from 5 to 9 only if tens digit is 3

1.You get 1.7 service errors in Division A per 100 customers. so 3-1.7 is the customer errors per 100 customers in division B.
Sufficient.
2. You get no info from 2 about the errors in dividion B.
