Max bonus =

(0.5/ 100 * 1000) + (1/ 100 * 2000) + (1.5/ 100 * 3000) + (2/ 100 * 4000)

= 5 + 20 +45 + 80 = 150

Sorry but I don´t understand why are you taking 2% from the last US$ 4000 since that amount is in the US$3000-6000 range in which the percent creditted must be 1.5%.
