Joshua and Jose work at an auto repair centre with 4 others. For a survey on health insurance , 2 of the workers will be randomly chosen to be interviewed. What is the probability that Joshua and Jose will both be chosen?

Is it
1/15
.

P(One of Joshua and Jose to get selected out of total 6 ppl) = 2/6
P(After one got selected the other one to be selected out of total 5 ppl) = 1/5
Total = (2/6)*(1/5) = 1/15
.

The total number of ways for selecting 2 out 6 workers in 6C2 = 15 ways

There will be only 1 way when both of these workers will be selcted in one couple
so probability =
1/15
