Manhattan Sentence Correction Strategy Guide

Hi,
I have a old copy of Manhattan Sentence Correction Strategy Guide. It is a 2003 edition. Now I am planning to purchase the Manhattan Sentence Correction Strategy Guide 4th Ed.

Is there any major difference apart from the fact that 2003 ed refers to OG10E and the latest will refer to OG 11/12 Ed

Yes....there are just too many differences....the book is almost double the size.
