Given is c^d = c ^(8 - 3 d), or 4 d = 8 or d = 2. Hence c^d = c^2 =?

I. Since c = 4, therefore c^2 = 16. Sufficient

II. Since d = √c, or 2 = √c, therefore c = 4, and c^2 = 16. [spoiler]Sufficient
