In a rectangular quadrant system which quadrant if any contains no point (x,y) that satisfies the inequality 2x-3y less than equal to -6?

A) None
B) +X,+Y quadrant
C) -X, +Y quadrant
D) -X,-Y quadrant
E) +X,-Y quadrant

2x-3y < -6

if x is positive and y is negative, there is no chance for fulfill the inequality (lowest result in this case is near -1). so +x-y quadrant can't contain such a point (E)

And also the source of the question should be included... I didn't bother answering any of those questions because there was no source.

Sorry abt the bad subject titles and excuse me for having failed to mention the source. In the mad rush to save time, I am being a lil too cruel.

Source - all from the expired GMAT paper tests
Subject - i would try to improvise on them in the future.
