Answer must be D here.

A. x = 0. This equation is the left-hand side vertical line where y=1 and x=0.
B. y = 0. This equation is the bottom line of shaded region where x = 1 and y = 0.
C. x = 1. This equation is the right vertical line cutting at x = 1.
D. x - y = 0 cannot be the equation that is bounded by the lines.
E. There is a top line cutting at points (0,1) and (2,0). Substitute these points in the equation x+2y=2.
(0,1) --> 0+2*1 = 2. YES
(2,0) --> 2+2*0 = 2. YES
This is the equation which top line is.
