This is Q66 in the OG12. I've amended answer choice E to reflect its true wording.

In E, includes (singular) does not agree with 32 species (plural). Eliminate E.

In B and D, as big as 30 feet long is an error of redundancy.

In C, growing incorrectly modifies 32 species. (An -ing modifier preceded by a comma should refer to the subject of the preceding clause.)

The correct answer is A.

Is grow to be 30 feet long correct?
Or A is OA because its the least worst answer..

option A is the best choice. just for clarification, in option E IT after and is redundant along with the singular verb INCLUDES

Hi

But doesn't A violate the rule that which is never used for living things, since whale is living here, it automatically eliminates choices a, d, e.
B says, growing as big as 30 feet long , here big and long should not be used together, so we are left with C.
Isn't the understanding correct here?
