C wrong because awkward
A and B wrong because we need a reason and because is the right word to be used

so this part has to be start with because as this part is representing the reason for the first part...hence on account of is wrong. The pronoun THEY in Op C is correct as it refer to Harley-Davidsons only unlike Op E which uses sing IT that illogically refer to National Museum suggesting that National Museum has evolved into an American touchstone.
