if 1/x - 1/x+1 = 1/x+4 then x could be ?

please any ideas?

solution)
taking lcm
(x+1-x)/(x*(x+1))=1/x+4
1/x^2+x)=1/x+4
x+4=x^2+x
x^2=4
x=+2 and x=-2

I missed to multiply by x+1-x
