Let Red cars be R, Black cars be B

R:B = 3:8

or R/B = 3/8

R = B*3/8

we know B= 72

so R = 72*3/8 = 27

The ans should be 27.

ratio=3/8
black=72 i.e. 8*9 => 3*9=27 since antecedent and consequent both need to be multiplied with same no. to equate.
