The answer is A

From the data given we can conclude that

0.01(x)+0.02(y)+o.o3(z)=0.015(x+y+z)

which would equal to 0.05x=0.05y+0.015z which is equal to x=y+3z

Well, I have written 1 percent as 0.01(1/100) and similar for 2 and 3 percent.

I understand that part..what i don't understand is how you arrive at your final answer with the equation you set up..

Multiply 0.015 by x,y and z and then subtract the common terms on both sides. Then divide the entire equation by a common divisor(0.05)
